PZAP is a permanent, independent body competent to decide on the allowed complaints related to the election process as determined by Law No. 08/L-228 on General Elections in the Republic of Kosovo, Law No. 03/L-072 for Local Elections in the Republic of Kosovo and with the Electoral Rules.
